The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has confirmed that the draw for the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 32 will be held this Wednesday, February 18.
The ceremony will take place at FUFA House in Mengo, where all 32 remaining teams will discover their opponents and potential route to the Round of 16.
This stage of the competition follows a dramatic Round of 64 that produced several upsets. Uganda Premier League side Calvary were eliminated by Football Classroom, the only non-league team still standing in the tournament.
Another top-flight casualty, Buhimba United Saints, bowed out after defeat to third-division outfit Tapoh.
Lower-tier teams have continued to capture attention with strong performances. Fifth-division side Melody Star progressed after eliminating Bright Stars, while fourth-division team Happy Boys Kagaba advanced at the expense of Young Elephant.
With several underdogs still in contention, anticipation is building ahead of the draw as teams seek favourable fixtures in the race for domestic cup glory.
