JT Lady Jaguars proved too good for Magic Stormers, beating the side 70-36 in the National Basketball League encounter at Abja Park in Naalya.
The Jaguars led 14-10 after the first quarter, limited the side to four points in the second enroute to an enormous victory.
Shakira Nanvubya and Maimuna Nabbosa scored 10 points each while Sarah Ageno had nine points and nine rebounds as the side extorted their dominance.
Kur Ajah and Daphine Adong had nine points each in a game none of the Magic Stormers players reached double digits in scoring.
The Stormers missed 20 of their 22 efforts from three, turned over the ball 36 times and were out-rebounded 45-53 in defeat.
It’s the seventh victory of the season for JT Lady Jaguars, and a fifth consecutive win since their only defeat of the season agaisnt JKL Lady Dolphins.
This defeat is the sixth in eight games for Magic Stormers who have looked off colour for better stretches this season.
