Victoria Crocs collected their fourth win in the National Basketball League after a convincing 75–57 win over Uganda Martyrs Flames on Wednesday at Lugogo Indoor Arena.

The Crocs led 18-12 after the opening quarter before opening a 12-point lead at halftime and never looked back enroute to winning by 18 points at the final buzzer.

Chuol Nyuot led the Crocs with a double double of 23 points and 10 rebounds, while Mark Ngobi added 21 points in the win.

Erick Komagum had 18 rebounds while Cedric Alema added 10 rebounds to guide the side to a deserved win.

Brian Torach and Agot Agot scored 16 and 14 points respectively for Uganda Martyrs Flames, but it was not enough to prevent the team from suffering their fourth straight defeat.

In the women’s game played earlier, UCU Lady Canons defeated KIU Rangers 51–40, with Sylvia Nakituuka scoring 11 points while Martrina Anyango had 9 points and 14 rebounds.

Meanwhile, games scheduled at the YMCA court in Wandegeya were postponed due to persistent rain.
